It’s important to Unipart Car Care Centres to hold ourselves to a standard of Honesty. That’s why we hold the unique and original nationwide guarantee as part of our permanent commitment to the quality of our work.

For 12 months or 12,000 miles following the fitting of any part at a Unipart Car Care Centre, you can enjoy total peace of mind on the road. If anything were to go wrong with the part we’ve fitted, or the way a car care centre fitted them; you can pull into any Unipart Car Care Centre garage convenient to you and have your vehicle repaired at no cost.

That’s right, Free.

That’s because as part of the Unipartner family of businesses, each of our network of independent garages has access to authorised parts Stockists all over the UK. Any Unipartner garage can get your your replacement part, and our aim is to get you back on the road as quickly as possible too.

With all types of car catered for in our quality equipped garages all motorists can be catered for by a Unipart Car Care Centre.

We only need you to have is a proof of original purchase and fitment from the garage who served you, and you can leave the rest to us.

In the unlikely event of a replaced part failing due to incorrect fitment or the part itself being faulty, Unipart Car Care Centres offer parts and labour for replacement within 12 months or 12,000 miles commencing from the date of the original fitment, whichever is earlier. This can be carried out by any Unipart Car Care Centre garage throughout the UK, each of which has agreed to offer the same guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
